Welcome to Rayleigh Primary School

We are excited to be welcoming all of our new children to our school community in September 2026.

To support your child's transition into school, we have organised a series of 'Stay and Play' sessions, designed to help children familiarise themselves with their new surroundings and staff. Here are the key dates for your diary:

● Thursday 18th June, 9:30 - 10:15am - Stay and play session

● Thursday 18th June, 4:00 - 4:45pm - Parent meeting
Parents are invited to attend a transition meeting in the hall where you will receive
important information about your child starting in Reception and have the chance
to ask questions.

● Monday 29th June, 9:30 - 10:15am - Stay and play session

● Friday 10th July, 9:30 - 10:15am - Stay and play session (Dinosaur tea party)

● Tuesday 14th July, 9:30 - 10:15am - Stay and play session
