Working with Textiles

Several classes worked with textiles during the week. They were able to get an idea of how labour intensive making any kind of cloth based items was. Some children had a go at disk weaving, others tried stick weaving. Year Five made hats and bags for their trip to Kentwell and Year Two made flags for the pageant.
